About Us
Estelle and David are the heart of the family business NUBA. In 2023, they purchased their first house and carried out an extensive renovation. Through this experience, their shared passion for planning and executing real estate projects took shape.
David Sager has been passionate about real estate, entrepreneurship, and strategic thinking from a young age. He completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and subsequently founded a software company, which he successfully sold in 2023. This entrepreneurial experience shapes his approach to this day: structured, forward-thinking, and with a clear focus on long-term value.
Estelle worked for several years as a practice manager. Daily customer contact and working with people have had a lasting impact on her. She knows how important trust, empathy, and reliability are during pivotal life moments — especially around the topics of housing and change.
The real estate market today is largely dominated by large corporations. As a family-owned business, Estelle and David see exactly this as their opportunity: with personal consultation, direct communication, and genuine closeness, they want to fill a niche that is often missing in the market.
